President Donald Trump made a smart decision, and Ben Carson is one of the strongest members of his team. His appointment was an excellent idea. Americans trust Carson, and people admire his character and intelligence. Carson became the new Secretary of the US Housing and Urban Development Department.
Carson came up with long-forgotten welfare rule, and it will help low-income Americans to work for the Department in their communities.
“It’s not how many people we can get into public housing. It’s how many people we can get out of it. We’re going to put much more emphasis on Section 3, which requires HUD builders to use low-income residents as employees during the construction of these various developments and in the redevelopment of places,” Carson said.
According to the neurosurgeon, this rule has been ignored and forgotten. But, it can be of great assistance, and people would definitely use its benefits. “It’s largely ignored right now. We’re going to change that by emphasizing it in a different way and incentivizing people to use it.
Most major construction and reconstruction projects are known about well more than a year in advance. If you know that already, why not prepare the people, begin to train the people, ahead of time — so that when you’re ready to do it, you have the workforce that’s necessary?” Carson noted.
This only confirms the fact that Ben Carson will help President Donald Trump to make America great again. We can already feel the positive changes, and the situation will definitely improve. President Trump stands by poor people, and he will always support those in need.
People voted for the right candidate, and we’re more than happy to see him keeping his campaign promises. Some people were too skeptical about the President’s work in office, but it seems like things are finally going in the right direction. Let’s all thank President Trump for doing the right job.
What do you think about this rule? Do you think it will bring benefits to low-income Americans? How will liberals accept the rule? Will they try to block it?
