The unpleasant racist drama in the NFL continues. If we just thought for a moment that all of that will disappear and we’re going to have a regular, tension free NFL season, we were all wrong. Colin Kaepernick’s curse is spreading like wildfire. The media enjoys and supports the disrespecting of the national anthem and some people want to show how disrespectful they can be. Well, for them it’s just freedom of expression. Read more below:

Colin Kaepernick doesn’t have to be on an NFL team to watch the continuation of what he started last year.

Before Monday’s preseason game against the New York Giants, 11 Cleveland Browns players took a stance during the national anthem by kneeling, and perhaps praying, in a group.

The players who took a knee during the anthem include:

Chris Kirksey, Seth DeValve, Duke Johnson Jr., Ricardo Louis, Isaiah Crowell, Terrance Magee, Jamar Taylor, Jamie Collins, Gabriel Peppers, Calvin Pryor, and Kenny Britt.

Additionally, there were also several players who stood nearby the players bending their knees seemingly in solidarity.

The Browns have since released an official statement:

“As an organization, we have a profound respect for our country’s National Anthem, flag and the servicemen and servicewomen in the United States and abroad. We feel it’s important for our team to join in this great tradition and special moment of recognition, at the same time we also respect the great liberties afforded by our country, including the freedom of personal expression.”

Head coach Hue Jackson said he supported his players’ right to take a stand as long as it was “peaceful and he had advance notice,” ESPN reported.

It’s probably safe to expect more of this during the upcoming NFL season.

How do you feel about this? It’s becoming overwhelming for most of the traditional Americans who enjoyed to go and watch the most prestigue football league in the USA.

This is really sad and some people have to think twice before doing this. They may respect the anthem, but Colin Kapernick’s message was different and very disrespectful and racist. If they follow his example-they’re the same.
