BREAKING VIDEO: Iron-Clad Proof Terence Crutcher’s Shooting Is NOT What Media Claimed

New evidence regarding the the fatal shooting last Friday of Terence Crutcher by Oklahoma police officers indicated that perhaps his premature demise was not as unjustified as it had initially seemed.

The first broken narrative was that of Crutcher having allegedly had his hands up at the precise moment Tulsa police officer Betty Shelby fired at him.

Using a series of screenshots obtained from helicopter video footage of the whole altercation, North Carolina native and Bearing Arms editor Bob Owens proved this anecdote to be false.

“At the moment just before Mr. Crutcher (was) simultaneously shot once by Officer Shelby (right) and tased by Officer Tyler Turnbough (left), Mr. Crutcher’s hand is clearly down near his waist near the right front pants pocket area,” Owens wrote. “This is when both officers decided to discharge respective weapons.”

The second false narrative concerned the belief that there had been no legitimate reason for the Tulsa police officers to stop Crutcher in the first place. The problem was that they didn’t need to stop him; he had in effect stopped himself.

According to local station KJRH, around 7:40 that evening the police received a 911 call about an abandoned vehicle in the middle of the road. The caller claimed that when he tried to approach the driver, the driver said that he thought his car was about to blow up.

The caller also said this: “Yeah, I think he’s smoking something.”

Speaking with KOTV, officer Jeanne Mackenzie later explained what happened when the police arrived on the scene.

“As they approached the vehicle, a black male started towards them,” she said. “They asked him to show his hands. He refused to follow commands given by the officers. They continued to talk to him.”

You can watch the original helicopter video here:

“He continued not to listen, not follow any commands,” she added. “As they got closer to the vehicle, he reached inside the vehicle and at that time there was a Taser deployment, and then a short time later there was one shot fired.”

Why, though, had Crutcher (who reports revealed was an ex-con) been acting so erratic and non-cooperative? Possibly because he may have been high on PCP, according to the New York Daily News, which reported that a vial of PCP was found in his vehicle.

Moreover, the officer who shot him, Betty Shelby, had recently undergone drug-recognition training and reportedly believed at the time that Crutcher was indeed intoxicated.

Do any of these newly discovered facts prove without a shred of doubt that the fatal shooting of Terence Crutcher was wholly justified? Not necessarily.

They do suggest, however, that the narrative being peddled by social justice warriors — that a completely innocent black man was “murdered” by racist police officers — was likely quite false.
