Kathy Griffin Unfolds All The Horrible Things She Suffered After Disgusting Trump Joke

Kathy Griffin has been in a lot of trouble ever since she posed for a photograph that depicted her, holding what appeared to be President Trump’s severed head covered in blood. But she has done a pretty good job of staying out of the news as of late. That could be because of the backlash she received or it could be because she does not want anymore attention.

Now she has come out with an outline of everything she thinks has happened to her because of what happened. She needs to understand that she brought this stuff on herself. This is in no way President Trump or his supporters’ fault. She is solely responsible for her threat to the president of the United States.

“Why are people still expecting me to apologize and grovel to a man that tweets like this?” Griffin noted. “I’m a comedian; he’s our f***ing president.”

In the days following her risqué photograph, she lost numerous different gigs and upcoming shows. That can be totally expected given the circumstances. She was even fired from CNN after they found out. After that, the United States Secret Service opened an investigation into the matter, saying that every threat against the president of the United States is thoroughly investigated.

Now she has opened up about President Trump again. She talks about his pardon among other decisions that President Trump has made.

“President Trump just pardoned Joe Arpaio, who was essentially running a concentration camp in the Arizona desert,” she explains in a recent phone interview. “He said there are some good Nazis, and he’s kicking out young adults who were brought here as kids by their parents, and I’m the one who has to continue to apologize?”

She is asking why she needs to continue to apologize after holding his severed head for the world to see. It was even reported that Trump’s young son, Barron was seen screaming after seeing the photograph for the first time.

But here we are, almost 3 months later and she is still complaining about how the nation reacted to this photo. What did she expect?
